Is their any good companies out their that would consolidate debts.That would actually get me out of debt?

1. Get a credit card that is sponsorred by a Japanese bank such as AARP card, 0% for 12 months.
2. Yep. That company is you. Settlement companies just call and haggle over settlements with the creditor, something you can do yourself and use the money you were going to pay the company to pay on your debt. If you borrow money to consolidate the debts then you have accomplished nothing.
3. Are you a homeowner? Do you have high interest rates on lines of credit? Do you have collateral you can use? Lots of variable here. Really not enough info to give an answer. Sorry!

6. sue but why pay extra money you do not have when you can do it your self == your received the goods/services so you owe the money -- suggest you downsize your life style and pay off your honest debt!!!
