1. Yes, and I love it! It gives you baby steps to get out of the black hole. It won't let you move forward until you complete each step. Step 1 is saving $1000 and making all your bills current. Then on to step 2, etc. It's worth the monthly fee if you need support and if you're in a money rut and feel like you've lost hope. Dave Ramsey gives you hope that it's possible to be debt-free.
