Is there a way I can get financial assistance, even though my credit is messed up, really messed up?
I'm in a real deep hole due to the fact that I had to help a family financially for a year and that set me back financially. I have creditors on my back, and I cant seem to get out of the hole, but since my credit is so messed up I cant get a loan to put my debts up to date. I wish I could consolidate or something but nothing is working out for me. Does anyone know what I can do? Bankruptcy is not an option anymore, its too expensive to file to start and I dont have that kind of money.

- You might think of selling your valuables. Those which you can do without. Other than that the other option is loan shark but remember they ain't called shark for nothing.
- Check with a legitimate consumer credit counseling service that may be able to put you on a 4-5 year repayment plan. It's not so much the cost of filing bankruptcy but rather that the laws have changed so much that people don't qualify for bankruptcy any longer. You have to be a case of true hardship, not behind on your bills. Go with the consumer credit plan first and they can direct you if they are unable to help.
- Filing for bankrupcy is not that expensive, especially with help from public legal clerks. Go to your city hall and ask for help with this. It shouldn't cost you more than $100. Beside doing that, I don't see what else you can do to get out of that deep hole. Good luck!
- i need $6000.00 now can anyone help
- There is alway a money lender out there for people with bad credit. However the interest rate they charge is always higher which only services to put you into further debt. It is a vicious cycle for you and how they make money..
